About: In his 10th year as President and Head Coach, Rick plans on continuing the Fusion legacy for years to come. Rick had two daughters, Jen and Maria, go through the Fusion program. He is currently the Head Coach of Hudson Valley Community College.

About: Alana was previously a Head Coach for four years with the Fusion and also had a year as an Assistant Coach. She was also an Assistant Coach for Sage College. She graduated from Hampton University as a starting outfielder.

Casey Rowland
Head Pitching Coach
About: Coach Casey joined the Fusion coming off of many years of helping pitchers in our area with individual lessons. Casey was an Assistant Coach at Colonie High School (2019 Sectional Champions) and the Pitching Coach at HVCC. She attended UNCW where she was a starting pitcher.
